The One Treasure Island Community Ambassador Program (TI CAP) is a two-year part time on the job training program, and civic engagement initiative. TI Community Ambassadors are trained to promote inclusion, safety, and awareness of local services for residents, workers, and visitors of Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island.
