Bringing Affordable Housing to Treasure Island
Our work is to provide opportunities for affordable housing for low-income and formerly homeless San Franciscans through planning, advocacy and providing technical affordable housing development assistance. With over 2,000 affordable units to be built, 435 of which will serve formerly homeless families and individuals, this work is imperative to meeting our equity goals and agenda.

The following residential buildings have broken ground, are under construction, or are currently leasing or renting units.
100% Affordable Housing Buildings

Maceo May
The new 100% affordable, 7-story building opened in 2023, and includes 105 Below Market Rate rental units.

Starview Courts
This 100% affordable, 138-unit building broke ground in 2022, and is anticipated to open for leasing in 2024.
Market Rate Buildings

Hawkins
9 of the 178 units will be available Below Market Rate, and are anticipated to be available for lease in 2024.

Isle House
24 of the 250 rental homes will be available at Below Market Rate, and are anticipated to be available for lease in 2024.
